Admission Guidelines

1. Registration Requirement: Prior registration is compulsory before seeking admission. However, please note that registration does not guarantee admission.

2. Nursery Admission Criteria: Nursery serves as the entry class for the school. Children seeking admission to Nursery must have attained the age of 3 years by 31st March.

3. Admission for Classes LKG - VIII: Admission to classes LKG - VIII will be subject to the availability of vacant seats.

4. Exemption from Aptitude Test: Students seeking admission to 1st to 8th grades are exempted from the aptitude test.

5. Mid-Term Admissions: Mid-term admissions for other classes are not considered, except in transfer cases and subject to seat availability.

6. Responsibility of Parents: It is the responsibility of parents to gather necessary information regarding admission fees and complete admission-related formalities by the stipulated date.

7. Mandatory Documentation: For Nursery admission, submission of a Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of the Municipal Committee of the concerned place of birth is mandatory.

8. Right to Accept or Reject Admission: The school reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application.

9. Clearance of Dues: Transfer Certificate will only be issued upon clearance of all dues.

10. Required Documents: At the time of admission, candidates are required to produce:

• 05 Student Photographs

• 02 Photographs each of Father and Mother

• Transfer Certificate

• 02 Photographs of Local Guardians

• Photocopy of the report card

• Identity proof of Parents

11. Grounds for Cancellation of Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to cancellation during the session for reasons including:

    • Serious acts of indiscipline or involvement in unlawful activities

    • Misbehavior with fellow students or teachers

    • Regular default in payment of school dues

    • Submission of false or misleading information or fake certificates

    • Cheating in examinations

    • Violation of school rules and regulations

General Rules

• The registration and admission fees for a particular year are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Advance fees may be deposited.

Transportation Rules

A. School Transport:

• Transport facility is available on existing routes only.

• Students availing school transport must provide one stamp-size photograph at the time of admission.

• School Bus Pass must be carried by students using the school transport.

B. Own Vehicle:

• Students coming to school by their own vehicle must submit a photocopy of their driving license at the time of admission.

• The school bears no responsibility for the safety of students traveling to and from school by their own vehicle or hired transportation.
